The exhibition focuses on the world personality of Frank Lloyd Wright in confrontation with the work of architect Vladimír Karfík, who worked in his studio in America from 1928 to 1929. He then used a lot of the knowledge and experience gained there in his work in Zlín at the Bat'a company. The exhibition presents original planning and photographic documentation of protagonists of the world architectural scene from the collection of the Brno City Museum - e.g. the design of the St. Mark's Tower in New York or photographs of F. L. Wright's buildings. Karfík's realisations for the Baťa company are presented in photographs by Josef Sudek and Rudolf Bruner-Dvořák.
