The Library of the Regional Gallery of Fine Arts in Zlín is accessible to public and it focuses on the specialized literature dedicated to fine arts including architecture, applied arts, photography and similar branches. Nowadays, it comprises about 20.000 publications, exhibition catalogues and print media released in the individual years. The visitors can also work in the study room with the capacity of 8 places where one computer with the internet access is available. Besides monographs, encyclopedias, specialized dictionaries and exposition catalogues the visitors have the latest issues of the following magazines at their disposal that are aimed for the study purposes in the library: Architekt, Art Antiques, Ateliér, A2, Era, Fotograf, Labyrint revue, Památková péče, Umění, Zlatý řez etc. The foreign magazines include e.g. Art, Ars, Kunstforum international, Projekt.

Two thirds of the library resources are available in the library program Clavius. Nowadays, besides organizing the exhibitions about the Zlín architecture and architects, the library focuses on gathering information about the Zlín contemporary, pre-war and Baťa’s architecture as well as architects. The library collects various articles about the regional artists that are taken from the print media.
